As we expand local fulfillment to new countries, **free 3–8 business day delivery will automatically apply** to all orders shipped within that country.

## Order Processing (All Regions)

### Processing Time
Orders process within **1–2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding local public holidays).

### Cut-off Time
Orders placed before **12pm local time** ship same business day. After 12pm ships next business day.

### Backorders
If an item is on backorder, we'll notify you within 24 hours with an estimated ship date. You may wait, substitute, or cancel.

## Delivery Information (All Regions)

- **Metro areas:** Typically 3–5 business days
- **Regional areas:** Typically 5–7 business days  
- **Remote areas:** Typically 6–8 business days

### Tracking
All orders include tracking. Tracking number emailed once shipped. Track in your account dashboard.

### Delivery Attempts
Couriers make **2 attempts**. If both fail, package held at nearest collection point for **5–7 days** before return to us.

### Signature Requirements
Orders over **$200 AUD** (or local equivalent) may require signature. You can request signature for any order at checkout.

### PO Boxes
We deliver to PO Boxes where local postal services allow.

### Remote & Regional Delivery
All included in the 3–8 business day window. No surcharges.

### Hazardous Materials
Certain products (aerosols, lithium batteries, flammables) ship via ground transport only per local regulations.

### Oversized Items
Large items ship **FREE**. No additional fees.

### Prohibited Items
Items prohibited by local customs/law cannot be shipped to that region.

## Lost or Damaged Shipments (All Regions)

### Lost Packages
If tracking shows delivered but not received:
1. Check neighbors/safe drop locations
2. Contact carrier with tracking number
3. Contact us if unresolved in **3 business days**

### Damaged Items
1. Photograph damage & packaging
2. Email **hello@globalshopco.com** within **48 hours**
3. We'll arrange replacement or refund
